How I work

Every action counts.

How I watch players, structure an assessment and combine observation, methodology, technology and football judgement.

01 / What I offer

What I offer

01

Talent identification

Identification and initial assessment of players according to club-defined positional, tactical, age, market and recruitment requirements.

02

Player reporting

Structured player evaluation covering technical, tactical, physical and psychological characteristics, development potential and suitability for a defined football environment.

03

Video & live scouting

Remote player assessment through full-match video and supporting data, alongside live observation from Barcelona and international assignments when required.

02 / My approach

Every action counts.

A highlight can show what a player is capable of. I am equally interested in the actions around those moments: positioning, movement, decision-making, reactions and behaviours that repeat throughout a match.

I assess those details through full-match observation, structured player evaluation and supporting video and data, always considering the player's role and football environment.

Technical

First touch · execution · passing · carrying · finishing · both feet

Tactical

Positioning · scanning · movement · role understanding · decisions

Physical

Mobility · acceleration · speed · strength · duels · repeat efforts

Psychological / Social

Reaction to mistakes · communication · competitiveness · confidence

Context

Role · team structure · competition · development stage · environment

Video & Data

Supporting evidence · patterns · comparison · context

I look for

  • Positioning off the ball
  • Movement before receiving
  • Reaction to turnovers
  • Decision-making
  • Duel intent
  • Consistency of behaviour

Technology supports the observation. It does not replace it.

Wyscout · Opta · FBref · BeSoccer
